Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Energy Systems, I have spent twenty years combining technical theory with the high-stakes reality of world-class construction.

Over the past 20 years, I have navigated the transition from senior technical roles in global consultancies to senior management positions for Tier 1 developers. My experience includes high-level involvement in:

• MEP Infrastructure & Master Planning: Strategic oversight and planning for large-scale utility and service infrastructure at the master planning stage.

• Mission-Critical Facilities: Navigating the high-reliability requirements of Data Centres where system resilience and energy efficiency are paramount.

• Hospitality & High-End Residential: Managing the integration of complex MEP systems within the unique operational constraints of the global hotel sector.

• Commercial & Retail: Coordinating multidisciplinary MEP services for major shopping centres and premium office towers.

With 10 years operating in the high-growth environment of Dubai and 10 years in the Australian market, I have developed a broad understanding of international project lifecycles. This allows me to share observations on how projects are designed, procured, and managed from both the consultant’s and the developer’s perspective.
