Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Energy Systems, I have spent twenty years combining technical theory with the high-stakes reality of world-class construction to deliver independent peer reviews and robust project management.

Over the past 20 years, I have navigated the transition from senior technical roles in global consultancies to senior management positions for Tier 1 developers. My experience includes high-level involvement in:

• Mission-Critical Facilities: Navigating the high-reliability requirements of Data Centres where system resilience and energy efficiency are paramount.

• Hospitality & High-End Residential: Managing the integration of complex MEP systems within the unique operational constraints of the global hotel sector.

• Commercial & Retail: Coordinating multidisciplinary MEP services, peer reviews, and value engineering for major shopping centres and premium office towers.

With 10 years operating in the high-growth environment of Dubai and 10 years in the Australian market, I have developed a broad understanding of international project lifecycles. This allows me to share observations on how projects are designed, procured, and managed from both the consultant’s and the developer’s perspective, ensuring total buildability and program alignment.
